For the first time in nearly a decade, tickets were made available to approximately 1,000 fans to attend the event. Those tickets sold out the same day that they were released in early March. The draft is set to take place at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) in Brooklyn, N.Y., after previously being held in Manhattan, N.Y.
The 2024 WNBA season will kick off a month after the draft on Tuesday, May 14. Twenty-five WNBA games will air nationally across ESPN platforms throughout the season, and the Indiana Fever, who are expected to select Clark with the No. 1 pick, will play 36 of their 40 regular season games on national TV.

This year's WNBA Draft will start at 7:30 p.m. ET on Monday, April 15. It will take place at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) in Brooklyn, N.Y.
What channel is the WNBA Draft on today?
- TV channel: ESPN
This year's WNBA Draft will air nationally on ESPN. There will be an "Orange Carpet" ceremony and special edition of "WNBA Countdown" airing on ESPN before the draft begins.
Ryan Ruocco, Rebecca Lobo, Andraya Carter and Holly Rowe will be on site for ESPN. LaChina Robinson will host "WNBA Countdown" with Carolyn Peck and Chiney Ogwumike.
There will also be cameras inside the Indiana, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Washington draft rooms. The 6 p.m. ET edition of "SportsCenter," co-hosted by Elle Duncan, will air live from the Brooklyn Academy of Music ahead of the draft.
