WNBA All-Star festivities kick off on Friday night, when some of the league's best shooters will compete in the 2024 All-Star 3-Point Contest.

The 3-Point Contest will feature Stefanie Dolson of the Mystics, Allisha Gray of the Dream, Jonquel Jones of the Liberty, Marina Mabrey of the Sun and Kayla McBride of the Lynx. There will be a new champion this year, as Liberty star Sabrina Ionescu, who won the 2023 3-Point Contest, is not on the list of participants.

The Fever's Caitlin Clark also won't participate, even though she is tied for third in the WNBA with 71 triples this season. Both players were reportedly invited to compete but declined, instead choosing to focus on Saturday's WNBA All-Star Game.

There are still some great shooters competing on Friday night. McBride leads the league with 76 3-pointers this season and is shooting 42.7 percent from beyond the arc. Jones is making her second 3-Point Contest appearance after finishing as the runner up in 2021.

Without Clark or Ionescu competing, which player will raise the trophy? Here's everything you need to know about how to watch the WNBA 3-Point Contest on Friday night.
