The Ultimate Fighter has been part of the combat sports world for almost twenty years. Each season brings something different to the table, with the result being a lucky fighter earning the right to try and cement their legacy.

The latest season of TUF will feature men’s middleweights and featherweights. UFC CEO Dana White kicked TUF 32 with a bang, announcing the coaches for the reality TV-like contest will be UFC flyweight champion Alexa Grasso and former champion Valentina Shevchenko.

The Ultimate Fighter will see 16 fighters compete for a UFC contract. Fourteen countries will be represented, including England, Mexico, Australia and Lithuania.

Zygimantas Ramaska has a 9-2 record and is on a three-fight win streak. Normally, the fight house and the fight build require loud figures and drama, however, Ramaska, with five wins via knockout and four via submission, is ready to leave the drama out of the octagon.

“I don't know who people will choose to be one of the most popular guys in the house,” Ramaska told UFC.com. “I'm not a guy who will scream and so on. I'm the guy who will show my work in the cage. So I think that people will see who is screaming and who is just working and doing his mission.”

The first episode has come and gone, and now the latest season of TUF can begin.
