A day of pageantry awaits the "Lone Star State," as the 2024 Texas Marching Classic will take place on Saturday in Austin.
Twenty-two Texas-based schools are slated to appear at the event, including the 2023 champion, Vandegrift High School. Vandegrift will look to defend its title with its 2024 production, "Chasing Infinity."

Participating bands will be split into three classifications (1A-4A, 5A and 6A) and participate in two rounds in order to determine this year's Grand Champion. The judging panel will be comprised of adjudicators with experience judging Bands of America (BOA) and Drum Corps International (DCI) competitions.
