Unfortunately, there are no completely free live streaming options for viewing the entire 2022 World Cup matches in the United States.

However, it is possible to stream the 2022 World Cup for free for a time with a free trial of fuboTV for new users.

For other official streaming services, all Fox broadcasts will require authentication to view matches on their streaming services, including the website and app. This includes matches that are being broadcast on the company's terrestrial network channel.

Similarly, Telemundo's streaming offerings will also require authentication to view matches on their website and app. Additionally, a Peacock TV subscription will be required to view most matches on that platform.

Fox World Cup live stream

The 2022 FIFA World Cup, which kicked off Nov. 20 in Qatar, will be broadcast in the United States in English by Fox Sports.

Fox has spread the matches across its family of channels, including FS1 and FS2. While most of the channel designations were set, Fox has had the ability to switch its assignments around, which it used particularly for the final round of group-stage fixtures depending on which matches carried the most importance for knockout-stage places.

Fox is also making all matches available on the company's streaming outlets, with a viable cable login. Users must have a cable subscription that includes Fox, FS1, or FS2 to access content on those respective channels.

The Fox Sports app will be an option for all those with a viable cable login, while the same can be said for FoxSports.com.

Telemundo World Cup live stream

Telemundo is doing the same as Fox with their Spanish-language broadcasts, placing matches on Telemundo Deportes En Vivo app, with all matches shown on Universo also available via the Universo Now app.

Both apps can be downloaded from the Google Play store or the Apple App store, and users will need to log in with their cable credentials to access the content.

Additionally, all matches will be available to watch on Peacock TV+. Telemundo is owned by NBC Universal, so the parent company has decided to make its Spanish-language broadcasts for the 2022 World Cup available on its premium streaming service as well, for those who are subscribed.
