Honduras vs Mexico prediction, betting odds

Honduras have not scored against Mexico in their previous five attempts, and the home side are long shots to avoid a fifth successive defeat in the fixture.

They have, however, secured at least a draw in 11 of their previous 16 home games against Mexico before a 1-0 World Cup qualifying defeat in 2021, including five wins between 1983 and 2017. That record hints that the game may not be as one-sided as the odds suggest.

Prediction: Honduras 0-1 Mexico
