Manchester City's bid for a record fourth consecutive Premier League title looks set to go to the wire.

Pep Guardiola's side played out a captivating 1-1 draw against Liverpool at Anfield on March 10 to stay within a point of Jurgen Klopp's team and leaders Arsenal at the summit.

City and Liverpool remain in the FA Cup and the quarterfinal fixtures on March 16 and 17 mean a scaled-back weekend of Premier League action.

Treble-winners City beat Newcastle United 2-0 on Saturday, having been set to play Brighton in the Premier League. So what are the plans for their postponed trip to the Amex Stadium?

When is Brighton vs Man City? Date, time of Premier League game

Manchester City's away game at Brighton was due to take place at on Sunday, March 17, 2024. However, the match was postponed when City reached the quarterfinals of the FA Cup.

City's continued involvement in the Champions League, namely their quarterfinal meetings with Real Madrid on April 9 and April 17, means midweek slots next month are at a premium. However, the Brighton game has now been moved and will take place on Thursday, April 25, 2024. The kickoff time has been scheduled for 8:00 p.m. local time (3:00 p.m. ET).

Another factor to consider is that City will have another fixture to move elsewhere after beating Newcastle. Reaching the FA Cup semifinals means a new date is required for their April 20 trip to Tottenham.

If Guardiola's team get through to the Champions League semifinals then the only remaining slot will be w/c May 11, which is the final week of the Premier League season.
