USA and Mexico are all set to fight for a spot in the CONCACAF Nations League final on June 15.

After both countries topped their respective groups without losing any of their four games, they meet in the second semifinal of the day, with Canada and Panama playing earlier in the day.

The United States have a good record against Mexico, including victory in the most recent Gold Cup final. They also progressed further than El Tri in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in December.

The Sporting News looks at some of the key details of the CONCACAF Nations League.

What time does USA vs Mexico kick off?

This CONCACAF Nations League semifinal match at Allegiant Stadium kicks off on Thursday, June 15 at 7 p.m. local time (Pacific Time) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Date: Thursday, June 15, 2023
  • Time: 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT
  • Stadium: Allegiant Stadium (Las Vegas, Nevada)

If the match finishes level after 90 minutes, it will go to extra time and possibly penalties. Four of the five meetings between these two sides have ended as a tie after regular time.

However, due to these rules, this could mean a delayed start to the game between the USA and Mexico. If the semifinal between Panama and Canada goes the distance to penalties, the start of the second semifinal could be delayed.
