Chelsea will hope to make it five wins in a row in all competitions when they host Gent in their first league phase match of the Conference League on Thursday.

The Blues narrowly defeated Servette 3-2 over two legs in the qualifying stage to start their Conference League campaign.

In their previous game, Chelsea secured a commanding 4-2 victory over Brighton, with ace Cole Palmer scoring all four goals in the first half, a Premier League record.

Gent, similarly, convincingly defeated OH Leuven 3-0 in the Pro League in their last match.
