Ian Harkes made sure his first MLS goal was one to remember.

Harkes, the son of former U.S. national team captain John Harkes, was signed as a homegrown player before the 2017 season.
The 22-year-old won the Hermann Trophy in January as college soccer's top player, following his final year at Wake Forest University.
