Jamaica is not a traditional soccer power. Known more for track stars and one legendary bobsled team, it doesn't strike nearly the same fear as Brazil, Germany or Spain when it steps onto a pitch.
But that didn't stopped it from playing like a powerhouse Wednesday night, coolly running out to a 2-0 lead and hanging on for a 2-1 win in their CONCACAF Gold Cup semifinal match in Atlanta. Michael Bradley scored the lone U.S. goal in the 48th minute.

31': Jamaica got on the board in the 31st minute, when Darren Mattocks placed a perfect header from just outside the goal area out of U.S. keeper Brad Guzan's reach.
There's a lot of soccer to be played, but the USMNT will face an uphill battle from here.
