Real Madrid have been exceptional defensively of late, but as they keep one eye on the Champions League final, there will be a lack of true motivation in this match, which can set things off into a bit of a spiral.

Add in that Villarreal are in solid form led by striker Alexander Sorloth, and there are goals in this game. The value isn't quite what we would hope for a bar this high, but they can clear it.

With Carlo Ancelotti likely to rotate his squad heavily, it's a great situation for Modric to find a key contribution before giving way to others in the Champions League final.
