For the third-straight season, Real Madrid and Barcelona will be playing an El Clasico in front of an American audience.

Real Madrid will take on Barcelona on Saturday, August 3 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J, just outside New York. This is the fourth meeting between the two Spanish giants in the last seven years in the U.S., including Las Vegas in 2022 and Arlington, Texas in 2023.

Los Blancos won a record 36th La Liga title as they dominated the league during the 2023/2024 season. It's a credit to coach Carlo Ancelotti, who has had to manage the squad well as it grows old in some positions (central midfield) and younger in others (centerback and winger).

Barcelona is also experiencing a youth revolution, with the latest off the La Masia assembly line making a difference in the first team. 16-year-old Lamine Yamal has been a revelation and is a regular in the forward positions already for both Barcelona and the Spanish National Team. Vitor Roque has made Barcelona younger up top, while Fermin Lopez has earned his way into the squad in midfield.
