Crystal Palace ensured that Alan Pardew’s tenure as manager got off to a perfect start as they cruised to a 4-0 victory over Dover Athletic in the FA Cup last weekend, and the former Newcastle United boss will be hoping for more of the same when he takes charge of the Eagles in the Premier League for the first time this weekend.

Palace play host to Tottenham Hotspur at Selhurst Park on Saturday (12:30 p.m. ET, NBC), and the south London club will be desperate to claim a much-needed victory as they aim to pull themselves away from the Premier League drop zone.

The Eagles can be backed at +255 odds with William Hill U.S. to bag a vital victory against Mauricio Pochettino’s men this weekend, while Spurs, buoyed by an impressive 5-3 demolition of Chelsea on New Year’s Day, are chalked up as +110 favorites to take maximum points from Saturday’s showdown.

Draw backers may be tempted by the +240 odds quote from William Hill U.S. that this weekend’s clash at Selhurst Park ends in stalemate.

Spurs come into this weekend’s clash boasting one of the in-form front men in the country amongst their ranks, in the shape of striker Harry Kane.

The 21-year-old has scored six goals in his last seven appearances for Spurs – including a double against Chelsea – and those keen to back the striker to maintain his fine form at Selhurst Park may well be tempted by the juicy 3-to-1 odds that Kane finds the net at any time in a victory for Mauricio Pochettino’s men (props on Premier League matches are not typically offered in Las Vegas but can be found elsewhere).

Eagles fans may be keen to snap up the 8-to-1 price that Jason Puncheon scores at any time in a home win this weekend.

The 28-year-old midfielder notched seven league goals last season, and while he has scored just once thus far this season, the former Southampton midfielder will be hoping to rediscover his scoring touch under the stewardship of new boss Alan Pardew.

It is worth noting that Palace have kept three consecutive clean sheets since Neil Warnock’s departure as manager at the end of last month, while the previous meeting between these two sides ended in a dull, goalless draw at White Hart Lane at the beginning of December.

With that in mind, goals might not flow as freely as some may expect at Selhurst Park this weekend, and punters are advised to take a chance on the juicy even-money price for either side to fail to find the net on Saturday evening.  Such a prop is offered outside of Las Vegas.

The posted total in Las Vegas is 2.5 goals, with William Hill U.S. pricing the UNDER as the -125 favorite.

Goal.com best bet: Both teams to score "NO" at even-money.
