The results of Malaysia Super League (MSL) matchday ten, which saw the top two sides held to draws in their respective matches, meant that the coming round; the first round of the Ramadan fasting month, will be more open in terms of standings movements.

Only Johor Darul Ta'zim (JDT), who host last-placed Negeri Sembilan on Wednesday, will not have their spot challenged, as they are four points clear at the summit.

Perak in second will be challenged by third-placed Pahang and fourth-placed PKNS FC, if they lose to fifth-placed Terengganu on Tuesday.

Pahang will play away to sixth-placed Kedah on Tuesday, and the hosts have a slim chance of pipping the visitors to the third place.

PKNP FC in seventh place host eighth-placed Selangor on Wednesday, and a win for the Red Giants will see them wresting the seventh place away from PKNP.

But the rest are not too far behind Selangor, as Kuala Lumpur (KL) in ninth and Melaka United in tenth are both on ten points. For KL particularly, if they lose at home to eleventh-placed Kelantan on Tuesday, they may replace the visitors in the relegation zone.

Negeri meanwhile can only hope of an infinitesimal chance of overtaking Kelantan, considering that their goal difference margin is huge and they play away to leaders JDT.
