Aja, 23, joined Orlando in July on a six-month loan from Uruguayan side Racing Club de Montevideo, with the 6-foot-4 center back making 10 appearances.
"We are excited to keep Jose in Orlando," general manager Niki Budalic said in a news release. "He proved to be a great player and strong asset for our team in a short period of time."
