Portland Timbers midfielder Darlington Nagbe attended Celtic's 2-0 loss to Barcelona on Wednesday amid reports linking the U.S. international to the Glasgow club.

Multiple outlets, including The Scottish Sun, report the Bhoys could pay a transfer fee of 1.5 million pounds ($1.9M) for Nagbe, who tweeted a video from the UEFA Champions League match at Celtic Park.

Nagbe, 26, recently completed his sixth MLS campaign with the Timbers. He has compiled 24 goals and 25 assists over 187 regular season matches and was a key part of Portland's run to the MLS Cup title last fall.

The Liberia native has compiled 10 caps for the U.S. national team since receiving his citizenship late last year, earning a place at the Copa America Centenario this past summer.
