Manchester United vs Arsenal: TV channel, live stream, squad news & preview image

Manchester United will welcome Arsenal to Old Trafford on Sunday for a final Premier League meeting between Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger.

With the Gunners boss having announced that he is to bring a 22-year reign in north London to a close this summer, he is currently embarking on a farewell tour.

A final visit to Manchester will see Wenger returned to the scene of many happy memories, with Arsenal having spent a number of years locked in a battle for domestic supremacy with Sir Alex Ferguson’s United side.

Mourinho is now at the Red Devils helm, and has them pushing for a runner-up finish this term, and he will be determined to get one over on an old adversary destined to end his last campaign outside of the top four.

Manchester United have lost only two Premier League games on home soil this season, but the most recent of those did come last time out against West Brom as the top-flight crown was gifted to arch-rivals City.

Jose Mourinho’s side have been breached just eight times in 17 games at Old Trafford, with the Portuguese once again showing that he knows how to set up a team to be compact and difficult to break down.

That is the size of the challenge facing Arsenal as they prepare to head out on the road once more.

Wenger has overseen five successive away defeats in the league, with the Gunners’ last success on their travels – and just their third of the season outside of Emirates Stadium – coming against Crystal Palace on December 28.

Arsenal will have one eye on the second leg of a Europa League semi-final clash with Atletico Madrid, following a 1-1 draw in north London on Thursday, but they cannot afford to take their foot off the gas against a United side who will be looking to take full advantage of any distractions.

The reverse fixture between the two sides back in December ended in a 3-1 victory for the Red Devils, with the Gunners unable to recover after conceding twice early on or take advantage of a second half dismissal for Paul Pogba.
