Man City got themselves over the line in some style.

After the disappointments of their UEFA Champions League exit and their defeat to local rivals United, Pep Guardiola’s side looked like their old, dominant selves at Wembley on Saturday.

The 3-1 scoreline flattered the hosts as Raheem Sterling’s strike proved enough to clinch the Premier League title with five games remaining, after United surprisingly fell at home to West Brom on Sunday.

Sterling’s showing earned him a score of 88/100 on the Goal Pressure Index, presented by Sure and powered by Opta data, to lead the Pressure Index Team of the Week.

He is joined up front by Chelsea’s Eden Hazard, who hit a vital equaliser as the Blues came back from 2-0 down at Southampton to take all three points.

Hazard has now scored 69 Premier League goals for Chelsea; only Frank Lampard (147) and Didier Drogba (104) have netted more.

Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino completes the front-line, after he hit his 25th goal of the season in the Reds’ 3-0 victory over Bournemouth.
