Benjamin Mendy has sought to curb speculation linking him with Manchester rivals City and United by revealing that he is in Paris, not England.
Goal revealed on Saturday that the Monaco left-back is closing in on a move to England.

City are leading the chase, with Pep Guardiola looking to put a big-money deal in place after releasing several members of his ageing backline.
Mendy is set to cost the Premier League heavyweights around £39 million, but the 22-year-old has moved to point out that he is not - as reports in France have suggested - currently locked in talks by filming himself on the Champs-Elysees in Paris.

Mendy only joined Monaco in the summer of 2016, but enjoyed a standout debut campaign in the principality.
How Bernardo Silva made his name
He made 39 appearances across all competitions, helping to secure the Ligue 1 title and a run through to the semi-finals of the Champions League.
On the back of his impressive displays, Mendy was handed his senior international debut for France in a 2018 World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg in March.
