Antonio Conte has called for patience regarding the situation of injured Chelsea wing-back, Victor Moses.
The 26-year-old was withdrawn from the Blues’ 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace at the Selhurst Park on October 14 due to a hamstring problem. And was expected to be sidelined for at least a month.
But Conte, in his pre-match conference for Saturday’s English Premier League clash against Bournemouth, gave an update on the player’s status, hinting at a longer return date.
“Moses is out. For him we must have patience before seeing him in the team,” Conte said.
Moses, who has a history with hamstring injuries, is a doubt for the Nigeria’s last World Cup 2018 Qualifying encounter against Algeria on November 10.
Gernot Rohr’s men are already through to Russia and the German handler will have less to worry about - with one of his key men out - against the Desert Foxes.
