Cristiano Ronaldo would prefer a move to Chelsea as he weighs up leaving Real Madrid, according to  Don Balon .

The Portuguese continues to be linked with a move away from Santiago Bernabeu, with the Blues among those that have expressed an interest.

Should he depart Ronaldo wants a move to the Premier League, and with Manchester United seemingly not interested in bringing him back to Old Trafford Chelsea are set to be the next best option.

Chelsea have no plans to sell Ruben Loftus-Cheek after Crystal Palace expressed an interest in signing the midfielder on a permanent basis, according to the  Evening Standard .

Loftus-Cheek is impressing on loan at Selhurst Park and Palace boss Roy Hodgson is keen to keep hold of the England international , if Chelsea are prepared to sell.

However, despite boosting their midfield options further with the £15 million signing of Ross Barkley from Everton , the Premier League champions have no intention to let Loftus-Cheek leave permanently.

Hazard, the brother of Blues star Eden and Under 23 player Kylian, signed for the Stamford Bridge club in 2012 before being sent out on loan to Zulte Waregem and Gladbach, with his permanent move to the latter secured in 2015.

Chelsea are ready to reunite him with his brothers, however, with a move in the summer transfer window.
