Chelsea marked John Terry's farewell with a guard of honour and a host of tributes as the defender played his final home game for the club against Sunderland.
Terry, who has played at Stamford Bridge for almost two decades, was substituted symbolically in the 26th minute and left the field to a standing ovation.
The rest of the Blues team formed to greet him as he walked off, sharing hugs in a poignant moment.

He was also treated to a sparkling mosaic in the Shed End as he played in his last game at Stamford Bridge against Sunderland on Sunday.
A group of fans raised money through crowd funding to produce the £2,000+ display for Terry's last game, with Chelsea set to lift the title after the final whistle.
Antonio Conte's side secured the club's sixth top-flight title with an impressive campaign in 2016-17 but their final game has been overshadowed by the departure of the club's most successful ever captain.
Terry will lift his fifth league title as Chelsea's captain and 15th major honour before departing the club at the end of June when his contract runs out.

The organisers spent hours setting up the display, which included a leaflet on every seat to explain to fans what to do to ensure that it went off without a hitch.
