Arsenal and Inter are among those to have been linked with Issa Diop, but Toulouse insist no contact has been made.
The 20-year-old defender is reported to be drawing plenty of admiring glances ahead of the summer transfer window.
Tottenham, Monaco and RB Leipzig have also been credited with holding an interest in the France U21 international.
'Arsenal must sign big players'
Toulouse, though, are understandably reluctant to part with a prized asset and the Ligue 1 side are adamant that no official approaches have been received for Diop.
A statement released by the club on their official website read: "Toulouse Football Club formally denies any contacts that have been reported in the press over the last few days as regards the players that make up our defence.
"TFC states that there is no contact and, moreover, we do not expect it either."
Diop is a product of Toulouse’s academy system and was handed a senior debut in November 2015.
The highly-rated centre-half has now made over 50 appearances for the club, with the 2016-17 campaign seeing him net twice in Ligue 1 while providing two assists.
The clubs who could sign Donnarumma
While happy to be moulding his game at his hometown club, Diop has admitted that he will have to move on at some point, offering hope to the likes of Arsenal and Spurs in the hunt for his services.
He told Eurosport France: “Toulouse is my city, it is my club and I know that one day it will be necessary to leave it.
"I will be sad, of course, but I know that my progress will go beyond there."
