Defensores de Cambaceres man Diego Dell'Orto (which means ass in Argentine Spanish) explained to Ole that he would be taking his mother's surname to end the jokes.

"I've decided to take my 'old lady's' surname to avoid any trouble," he said.

"There is no mystery, when my daughter was born I started thinking that as a woman, with that surname, she could be in trouble.

"I've played football my entire life, I've put up with all the insults and jokes on the pitch, and always took them with a smile. But it's different for a woman."
