Champions League odds – Prices increase on Barcelona, Bayern Munich after semi-final draw image

We're deep into the Champions League campaign now, with only four teams left in the competition, with Friday's semi-final draw pitting together Barcelona and Bayern Munich, while Real Madrid will face Juventus.

Barcelona's odds of lifting the trophy they last won in 2011 took a tiny knock by going from 7-to-4 before the draw to 2-to-1 at the Las Vegas SuperBook after they eliminated Paris Saint-Germain with ease in the quarterfinals this week.

If they want to become European champions once again, though, Barca will need to get past the man who took them to their last title four years ago: Pep Guardiola.

The Bayern boss will face the Camp Nou side in a competitive capacity for the first time as a coach and, as a result of drawing La Liga's leaders, Munich’s odds rose slightly from 7-to-4 to 9-to-4 in Las Vegas.

Defending champion Real Madrid's tense victory over Atletico Madrid in the quarterfinals saw them placed as third-favorites heading into Friday's draw, but dodging Bayern and Barca saw them bumped to co-favorite status, as their odds dropped from 3-to-1 to 2-to-1.

Juventus remains a long shot in the eyes of bookmakers, and the Westgate prices the Italian club at 8-to-1 odds to win the 2015 Champions League title.

Bayern might have so much talent packed into their squad, but they're also in the midst of a harmful injury crisis. Luis Enrique's Barcelona men, on the other hand, have rarely looked anything other than incredible for most of 2015 and have every key player in form and fit.

Real Madrid hasn’t looked like the impossible opposition they were at the end of 2014 lately, and injuries to Luka Modric, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema may do irreparable damage to their silverware efforts this season.

It would certainly be a shock to see Juventus line up for the final at the Olympiastadion in six weeks' time, though the likes of Carlos Tevez, Arturo Vidal and Gianluigi Buffon might relish the underdog tag. But defeating Carlo Ancelotti's men over two legs, then either Bayern or Barca in the final, is likely to be a step too far this season for the rejuvenated Italians.
