The stakes are sky high for Manchester City and Arsenal on the final day of the Premier League season on May 19.

Pep Guardiola and Mikel Arteta have battled all the way to the finishing line but it is the defending champions that will decide whether the trophy stays in Manchester or heads to London.

City's two-point lead over Arsenal means a win guarantees a recording breaking fourth successive title, but a home draw or loss against West Ham would see Arsenal snatch the crown, if they win at home to Everton.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of the season finale, including how to watch it across the world and kickoff times.

Premier League final day permutations

The main focus is at the top of the table where a win for Manchester City seals the title for Guardiola regardless of Arsenal's result at home to Everton. If City draw or lose, only a win would do for Arsenal to overhaul them, based on either points of goal difference respectively.

Liverpool and Aston Villa are confirmed in the top four/UEFA Champions League qualification. Tottenham will confirm fifth, and Europa League qualification, if they avoid defeat at rock bottom Sheffield United.

Chelsea will claim sixth if they do not lose against Bournemouth, but Europa League qualification will have to wait until after the FA Cup final, with Newcastle and Manchester United battling for seventh.

If City win the FA Cup, fifth and sixth place will reach the Europa League, with seventh going into the Europa Conference. If United win the FA Cup, and finish outside the top six, they will claim an extra place, with only one league route into the above competitions (fifth for Europa League and sixth for Europa Conference League).
