Chelsea can seal a shock UEFA Europa League spot on the final day of the Premier League season as they host Bournemouth on May 19.

If the Blues win or draw against the Cherries they will finish in a minimum of sixth place, which secures Europa League qualification, provided Manchester United do not win the FA Cup final on May 25.

However, a victory could potentially push Chelsea up into fifth spot, if Tottenham lose at Sheffield United, and goal difference favours Mauricio Pochettino's team in the final tallies.

Fifth place confirms Europa League qualification, but a sixth place finish means Chelsea will have to wait a week to see if they reach it, or the Europa Conference League.

The Sporting News looks at the key details ahead of this game, including how to watch it across the world, kickoff times and the latest lineup news.
