Manchester United are keen on signing Paris Saint-Germain star Manuel Ugarte, an the Uruguayan midfielder has reportedly agreed on personal terms with the Red Devils, but first there may need to be exits from Old Trafford.
The summer transfer window has already seen United bring in striker Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna and defender Leny Yoro from Lille.
With the new season fast approaching, the Red Devils continue to be linked with several potential signings, including Ugarte.

Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano has shared updates on social media, confirming that United have reached personal terms with Ugarte. Romano reported:
Manchester United have agreed on personal terms with Manuel Ugarte. Contract terms discussed, player keen on moving to United even without Champions League football.
However, club-to-club negotiations with PSG are ongoing, and other clubs have also shown interest. Romano later highlighted that United might need to sell players like Casemiro or Scott McTominay to accommodate Ugarte. He further added saying:
Man United, working on outgoings with Casemiro or Scott McTominay to make room for new midfielder. Ugarte, keen on the move. Up to the clubs.
An update on Friday revealed that PSG are willing to let Ugarte leave for Manchester United as they pursue Joao Neves from Benfica.
