Transfer window talk is heating up across Europe's top leagues after the conclusion of the 2023/24 season.
That means Manchester United are going to be linked with nearly every player in some sort of form, especially as it's expected to be a huge summer in terms of recruitment to help address their lack of squad depth.
Injuries throughout this season put United in some desperate scenarios, like playing Casemiro and Sofyan Amrabat at centre-back.
Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his "best in class" appointments to United's football operation will be charged with overhauling recruitment policies to bolster the squad for the new campaign.

Who are United signing this summer and how much can they spend?
United’s summer budget will be limited as they look to stay in line with the league's Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR).
Player sales could boost that pot as they've already said goodbye to Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial from the wage bill as their contracts were not renewed.
United will also aim to offload at least a few current players with Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, while Mason Greenwood, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, and Victor Lindelof have also been linked to making the Pro League switch.
Despite the reports, captain Fernandes is not expected to leave Manchester this summer.
Jarrad Branthwaite
According to Chris Wheeler from the Daily Mail, United could be ready to bid £55 million for Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite.
Branthwaite had a spectacular season under Sean Dyche at the Toffees in 2023/24 and received his debut call-up to the England squad under Gareth Southgate.
The report states that Everton have maintained that the 21-year-old is not for sale, however, with the club's takeover challenges and new investors being sought, Dyche acknowledged last week that some players might need to be sold to keep the club's financial health in compliance with PSR.
He was brought to Everton from Carlisle United in 2020 for £1m and is now reportedly valued at £80m by the Merseyside club.
United are looking to bring a centre-back to Old Trafford this summer, while also sharing an interest in Jean-Clair Todibo of Nice and Marc Guehi from Crystal Palace.
Michael Olise
Olise ended the campaign in superb form after Oliver Glasner's arrival as manager at Selhurst Park.
The tricky winger finished the season with his best-ever return in terms of goals, scoring 10 times in 19 starts plus five substitute appearances.
London-born Olise has represented France at under-21 level but could still switch allegiance to play for England, Nigeria or Algeria as he was born to a Nigerian father and a French-Algerian mother.
According to The Athletic's transfer journalist David Ornstein, United are interested in Olise and has a release clause valued at £60m but the deal could be a difficult one to secure.
Tosin Adarabioyo
A potentially easier and much more affordable alternative to Branthwaite at centre-back would be Adarabioyo as he is out of contract from June 30.
The 26-year-old has a relationship with the new technical director of Manchester United, Jason Wilcox. Wilcox spent 11 years at rivals Manchester City as academy director, where he worked closely with Adarabioyo.
Adarabioyo has also being linked with Liverpool, Tottenham, Newcastle and AC Milan.
Benjamin Sesko
Sesko name has been mentioned in dispatches with United for a few seasons now and those rumours have surfaced yet again.
According to the Manchester Evening News, he is a long-term target for United and has been compared to Erling Haaland.
Arsenal have also been linked with the Slovenian but despite the interest, RB Leipzig are keen to retain the 20-year-old, who is under contract for the next four years.
According to Sky Sports Germany, his release clause has increased from £43m (€50m) to £56m (€65m) following Leipzig's final match of the season.
