Liverpool have turned down another bid for highly sought-after midfielder Bobby Clark, but discussions over his future remain active.
The young talent, who missed pre-season due to a back injury, has been the subject of intense interest, with both loan and permanent offers on the table.
Red Bull Salzburg, one of the most persistent suitors, recently had a second bid of €9.6 million (£8.2m/$10.5m) rejected by Liverpool.
Their previous offer of £6 million was also turned down, with Liverpool valuing Clark closer to £12 million ($15.3m). Despite the rejections, Salzburg are reportedly hopeful that a compromise can still be reached, as talks between the two clubs continue.

Salzburg's persistence keeps the door open
While Liverpool initially seemed keen on a loan move for Clark, with Championship clubs like Norwich, Leeds, and Sheffield United expressing interest, Salzburg’s determination has shifted the conversation towards a possible permanent transfer.
The 19-year-old, who joined Liverpool from Newcastle United three years ago for £1.5 million ($1.9m), has been on the radar of several clubs due to his impressive performances in the academy and brief first-team appearances.
As Liverpool navigates through changes under the new coaching staff, Clark's future remains uncertain. While some young talents like Jarell Quansah and Conor Bradley have been given opportunities, Clark’s potential departure could mark the end of his journey at Anfield, just as his career seemed poised to take off.
