Hanging a Premier League medal around your neck is a moment to be proud of, but John Terry has gone a step further with his very own title belt!
Terry is set to leave the Blues after Sunday's clash with Sunderland at Stamford Bridge having starred for almost two decades at the west London club.
Joel Pereira - Man United's next No. 1?
And with Antonio Conte's men already crowned Premier League champions, the last game of the season will resemble a testimonial for the Chelsea stalwart more than a competitive fixture.
Celebrations kicked off early for the Chelsea defender with a special gift from World Wrestling Entertainment superstar Triple H, who presented Terry with a belt commemorating his tltle success.
"Congratulations to John Terry and Chelsea for winning the Premier League," the wrestler wrote on his Twitter account, alongside photos of the star holding up his momento.

The belt has been specially made for the 36-year-old, and boasts the Chelsea badge on the side as well as the legend World Heavyweight Champion.
Terry has never been averse to a scrap on the field, but we are more likely to see him continue his career elsewhere in the Premier League than in the ring with the rest of the WWE crew.
