Declan Rice is stepping up his work in training as he prepares to rejoin Arsenal’s squad for the 2024/25 season.
Rice played every minute of England’s run to the final of Euro 2024, racking up a total of 690 on the field in Germany.
As such, the 25-year-old has been given time to recover and is not part of the Gunners’ pre-season tour in the United States.
However, Rice is working with performance coach Chris Bowman in Dubai to ensure he hits the ground running for the new campaign, as reported by The Standard.

Bowman has worked with Rice previously and built a solid reputation among Premier League players, counting Aston Villa and Poland defender Matty Cash and Tottenham newcomer Archie Gray among his clients.
Rice’s England team-mates Bukayo Saka and Aaron Ramsdale have also been granted extended leave along with Spain goalkeeper David Raya and France defender William Saliba after all of them went deep at Euro 2024.
Arsenal have finished as runners-up in the Premier League behind Manchester City in each of the past two seasons and took the champions to the final day of the campaign last time around.
