Maresca's vision for Chelsea's goalkeeping future
Currently, Robert Sanchez has been promoted as Chelsea's starting goalkeeper, stepping up in the absence of Djordje Petrovic, who is injured.
However, Maresca is looking for a keeper who excels with the ball at his feet, a key component of his tactical setup.
After a recent pre-season match against Wrexham, Maresca praised Sanchez's performance but left the door open for further signings, saying,
"For sure, the way we want to play, the goalkeeper is very, very important - one of the main positions."
With Petrovic's future at the club uncertain, a potential addition like Jorgensen could provide the competition and quality needed between the sticks.
