Chris Hughton's Brighton host Stoke at the American Express Community Stadium on Monday evening, looking to extend their four-game unbeaten run.

The Seagulls have picked up eight points from their previous four fixtures, claiming back-to-back away wins over West Ham and Swansea respectively, and sit eighth going into this tie.

Stoke, however, have picked up just one win in their last four, a 1-0 victory over Watford at Vicarage Road in October.

But will the Potters be able to turn their season around on the south coast?

Midfielders Stephens, Kayal, Skalak, Knockaert, Gross, Sidwell, Murphy, Izquierdo, March, Propper
Forwards Baldock, Hemed, Murray, Brown

Chris Hughton will continue with his settled XI, the only question being whether or not Jose Izquierdo remains on the left of the attack.

The Colombia international has impressed in spurts thus far this season but could drop out of the XI to accommodate Solly March.

Potential Brighton starting XI: Ryan; Bruno, Duffy, Dunk, Bong; Knockaert, Stephens, Propper, Izquierdo; Gross, Murray.

Position Stoke players
Goalkeepers Butland, Grant, Haugaard
Defenders Zouma, Wimmer, Martins Indi, Shawcross, Cameron, Pieters, Tymon, Johnson
Midfielders Allen, Adam, Fletcher, Afellay, Jese, Choupo-Moting, Sobhi, Shaqiri
Forwards Berahino, Diouf, Crouch, Ngoy

Jack Butland will miss the trip to Sussex having broken his finger on international duty with England, so Lee Grant will step in for the 24-year-old.

Geoff Cameron is unlikely to make the squad due to injury, while Peter Crouch will be hopeful of making a rare start.

Potential Stoke starting XI: Grant; Zouma, Shawcross, Wimmer; Diouf, Fletcher, Allen, Pieters, Shaqiri; Jese, Choupo-Moting.

GAME PREVIEW

Shane Duffy, Brighton

Having failed to find the net in their first three fixtures, Albion have scored 11 in their past eight outings.

Glenn Murray has scored four goals in his last three games and will be increasingly confident about surpassing his career-high of seven in the Premier League.

Stoke have struggled with consistency in defence so far this season and have conceded 22 goals in just 11 games - only West Ham (25), Everton (24) and Crystal Palace (24) have shipped more.

Monday will be the first competitive meeting between these two sides since February 2011, when Stoke won 3-0 in a FA Cup fifth round tie, with the Potters enjoying wins in their last eight matches against the seaside club in all competitions, keeping five clean sheets.

Form suggests a high-scoring home victory for Hughton's side, though the international break has allowed Stoke to work on their deficiencies and Hughes will be desperate to pick up the win on Monday night,
