Arsenal have taken the Premier League title race to the final day of the season as they host Everton on May 19.

The Gunners have to win against Sean Dyche's visitors, and hope Manchester City either draw or lose at home to West Ham, to stand any chance of a dramatic title win.

Mikel Arteta's side will be confident of sealing the victory they need against an Everton team which has already secured Premier League survival for next season.

If the hosts secure an early lead, there will be plenty of Arsenal fans anxiously monitoring social media to see how events are unfolding at the Etihad Stadium, as Pep Guardiola's defending champions push for a record breaking fourth successive Premier League title.
