The road to the 2024 NCAA women's gymnastics national championship heats up this week with the start of regional action.

Thirty-six teams will be part of this year's field, and they have been split evenly into four regions. The top two teams from each regional will advance to the national championship.

Oklahoma is seeking its third straight championship after narrowly finishing ahead of Florida in the last two competitions. The Sooners have either won the national title or landed at No. 2 in each of the last seven championships.

Here is everything you need to know as the gymnastics regionals get underway, including the schedule and live stream information for each region.

NCAA gymnastics regionals schedule 2024

  • Dates: Wednesday, April 3-Sunday, April 7

The NCAA gymnastics regionals will take place from Wednesday, April 3, through Sunday, April 7. Teams will compete at four different regional sites: Ann Arbor, Mich.; Berkeley, Calif.; Fayetteville, Ark.; and Gainesville, Fla.

Where to watch NCAA gymnastics regionals 2024: TV channel, live stream

The 2024 NCAA gymnastics regionals won't air on a national TV channel, but all of the events can be streamed exclusively on ESPN+.

Jason Ross Jr. and Kennedy Baker will have the call from Ann Arbor. Alex Perlman and Anastasia Webb will be on the air for Fayetteville. John Roethlisberger and Samantha Peszek will call the action from Gainesville. Bart Conner and Kathy Johnson Clarke will have the call of the Berkeley regional.
