With a thrilling five-set win against Brazil, the U.S. women's volleyball team advanced to the gold medal match at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Brazil hadn't lost a set coming into the game, but Team USA pulled away in the fifth set to get the victory.
The Americans will now try to defend the gold medal that they won in Tokyo against top-ranked Italy, which beat Turkey in straight sets in the semifinals.
