The final day of Olympic swimming at La Defense Arena has arrived.

Four finals are on tap, with two individual events and a pair of relays set to close out the action at the pool.

Gretchen Walsh looks for her fourth medal of the game in the 50 meter freestyle, but she'll have to come up with something special to beat Tokyo silver medalist Sarah Sjostrom of Sweden, who set an Olympic record in the semis.

In the men's 1,500 freestyle, American Bobby Finke will try to defend his gold medal from Tokyo, but Daniel Wiffen of Ireland is the favorite entering the final.

The competition concludes with the men's and women's 4x100 medley relays.
