There will be 44 men and 44 women competing for skateboarding glory in Paris. Among those 88 individuals, reigning Olympic park champions Keegan Palmer (Austrailia) and Yosozumi Sakura, and men's street gold medallist Horigome Yuto, will all be trying to become the first back-to-back Olympic title winners.
Standing in Yuto's way are medallists Kelvin Hoefler (Brazil) and Jagger Eaton (USA) along with the legendary Nyjah Huston (USA). Sakura will face strong challenges from Sky Brown, Arisa Trew (Australia) and Tokyo Medalist Sky Brown (Great Britain). Gavin Bottger (USA) is expected to give Palmer the toughest challenge.
The only event guaranteed to see a new champion is the women's street.

Olympic skateboarding TV channels live streams 2024
- TV channels: USA, E!, NBC, CNBC

The NBC family of networks will be nationally broadcast all of the skateboarding action.
Every match on those networks can be streamed via Fubo, which offers a free trial so new users can try before they buy. Peacock will stream every match of the men's and women's competition.

The men's street competition was originally scheduled for Saturday, July 27 but was postponed to Monday, July 29 due to weather.

Olympic skateboarding venue 2024
- Venue: Place de la Concorde
Located below the 3,000-year-old Luxor Obelisk, a temporary skatepark was made for the Olympic skateboarding, BMX freestyle, breaking and 3×3 basketball events at the Paris Summer Olympics.
