This one's going to be good. The Olympic gymnastics competition continues with bars finals, and it's anyone's game.

Nina Derwael of Belgium returns to defend her 2021 gold medal on the event. But she's not the favorite. This time, it's 17-year old Kaylia Nemour. The Algerian has a whopping 7.200 difficulty on the event, making her routine one of the toughest in the world, but she gets it done, putting up easily the highest score in the world.

China's Qiu Qiyuan is right on her heels, though, putting up another extremely difficult performance on the apparatus with a 6.800 D score. One mistake from Nemour is all it'll take for Qiu to swoop in for the gold.

Suni Lee, America's only representative on the event, will be fighting for her second straight medal on bars after earning bronze in Tokyo. Lee's execution is what makes her so special on the event, but she needs to hit to make the podium.

Excellence and perfection is needed to medal on bars finals. This year's eight qualifiers are capable of that and more. Here's how to watch the competition, including start time and TV information.
