The 2024 Olympics in Paris roll on into Sunday, with Friday's Opening Ceremony and Saturday's first full day of events in the rearview mirror. The Sporting News has everything you need to know about NBC's Olympic coverage this evening, with none of the spoilers you might get elsewhere.
Among the countless star athletes highlighting the primetime broadcast Sunday, two Americans to watch will be superstar gymnast Simone Biles and stud rookie swimmer Chris Guiliano.
In addition to NBC's primetime coverage, Sunday will also feature LeBron James and Team USA basketball's first real test of the summer when it battles three-time NBA MVP Nikola Jokic and the Serbian national team (11:15 a.m., live on NBC and 5 p.m., delayed on USA).
A number of events will also be broadcast on USA Network and CNBC throughout the day and evening. Events on USA throughout the day include USA women's soccer vs. Germany and the U.S. water polo team vs. Italy.
As many Olympic fans and viewers know by now, Paris is six hours ahead of New York. Therefore, all of the events we see on NBC and USA tonight will be prerecorded.
