With the penultimate weekend of the 2024 Olympics in the books, many sports have just started to heat up. Medals will once again be on the line in tonight's primetime broadcast schedule on NBC, with a handful of stars from gymnastics and track and field highlighting the coverage.
NBC's primetime slate will kick off at 8 p.m. ET, with juxtaposed coverage between women's gymnastics and both men's and women's track and field. The first event featured will be the women's beam final, with USA star Suni Lee looking for her second gold medal in Paris.

Fellow American Noah Lyles will then lead the charge for America in the heats for the 200-meter race, as he eyes Usain Bolt's world record of 19.19 seconds. Bolt's record — set in 2009 — was largely believed to be untouchable until Lyles busted onto the sprinter scene. Get the popcorn ready for this one.
And save some popcorn for the women's floor final, in which gymnastics GOAT Simone Biles continues her torrid run of Olympic dominance. Biles has already added three 2024 Olympic gold medals to her lifetime tally, and she now has 10 career Olympic medals — seven of which are gold.
