How many medals has Simone Biles won? Updated results from USA star's events at 2024 Olympics image

It's showtime for Simone Biles, who worked hard to overcome her mental health struggles and position herself for a spot on the USA Olympic women's gymnastics team this year.

Biles has five medal events lined up before the end of the Summer Games in Paris, and she's hoping to prove that age is just a number.

Once a young superstar who won gold in the all-around competition in 2016, Biles has embraced her role as the experienced leader of yet another talented U.S. squad. While leadership is one aspect of her work at the 2024 Olympics, that doesn't mean she can't still be one of the very best gymnasts in Paris.

Biles arrived at the Olympics with her legacy secure and plenty of hardware already on her resume, but it wasn't enough to satisfy her. One more push for Olympic greatness has made Biles one of the most compelling storylines in Paris.

Here's an updated look at how many medals Biles has won at the 2024 Olympics.

How many medals has Simone Biles won?

Biles won four total medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics — three gold and one silver.

Biles took home the gold medal as part of the women's team competition on Tuesday. She also won the women's all-around competition on Thursday and the women's vault on Saturday. She also earned a silver on in the floor exercises — Brazil's Rebeca Andrade beat her by 0.033 points to win gold — but failed to medal on the beam after falling off the apparatus.

With those wins, Biles has medaled at three different Olympics. The gymnastics legend earned four gold medals and one bronze in 2016, including a win in the all-around competition, before earning silver in the team final and bronze on the balance beam in Tokyo three years ago.

Biles' Olympic run was cut short by mental health struggles in 2021, but she has openly discussed how much better she's doing this time around. She showcased that and earned four total medals at what could be her final Olympics.

When is Simone Biles competing next?

Simone Biles is done competing at the 2024 Olympics. She competed in all five of her event finals, medaling in all of them save for the balance beam.

Below is a look at Biles' event schedule in Paris.
