The Bruins will look to take a swift 2-0 series lead over the Blues in Game 2 of the 2019 Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday night.

Boston overcame a two-goal deficit against St. Louis on Monday by scoring four unanswered goals. Charlie McAvoy tied the game in the second period and Sean Kuraly delivered the big blow to give the Bruins a lead they wouldn't relent early on in the third period.

Bruins forward Brad Marchand added his eighth goal of the playoffs.

Despite its 11-day layoff, the Boston was still impressive in victory. The Bruins swept the Carolina Hurricanes to reach the Stanley Cup Finals. The Blues' route wasn't as straightforward. It took them six games to beat the Sharks in the Western Conference finals.

Game 2 will be the final game of the series in Boston until the if-necessary Game 5, making it all the more pivotal that the Bruins maximize their home-ice advantage.
