The new Predators defenseman made his grand arrival Sunday, taking a tour around the city for the first time since last month's blockbuster trade from the Canadiens. He made stops at Bridgestone Arena and Ford Ice Center, as chronicled by the team's website, and eventually wound up mingling with fans at Tootsie's Lounge, a famed honky-tonk in middle of the city's party district.
That's where Subban, looking the part sporting a black cowboy hat, took to the stage and paid homage to the Smashville culture with a rendition of Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues."
