The 2023 Stadium Series game is tonight, as the Hurricanes and Capitals meet in the second outdoor game of the season.
For the third time in Stadium Series history, the venue for the event is a college football stadium. The NHL previously played the competition at the University of Minnesota's TCF Bank Stadium and the Navy–Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

Who is playing in the 2023 Stadium Series?
The 2023 Stadium Series will feature the Hurricanes taking on the Capitals.
It is the first time the Hurricanes will be playing an outdoor game. The franchise has not previously played in a Stadium Series or Winter Classic.
This will be the Capitals' second Stadium Series game. Washington hosted Toronto at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Md., in 2018. They also have played in two Winter Classics.
