The St. Louis Blues started Game 3 against Dallas Stars by taking a 1-0 lead in the first two minutes. The Blues finished the game by taking a 4-3 lead in the final two minutes.
That goal was the last of a scoring frenzy to come at the end of the third period by both teams in which four shots found the back of the net in just over five minutes. The Blues lead the series 2-1 and are 4-0 on the road in the 2019 Stanley Cup playoffs.

The action started with a short-handed goal by Dallas' Andrew Cogliano to tie the game with just under six minutes remaining. Alex Pietrangelo took the lead back for St. Lous 78 seconds later when he pumped a long-distance slap shot past Stars' goaltender Ben Bishop.
The Blues' lead lasted just 88 seconds as Tyler Seguin knotted things back up off of a slick pass from Miro Heiskanen. The goal was Seguin's first point of the series.
Just when it seemed overtime was inevitable, with 1:38 remaining on the clock, Pat Maroon netted the game-winner from point-blank range to put the St. Louis up for good. The Blues held the lead four different times in the game, tying the team record for individual leads in a playoff win.
St. Louis' four wins away from the Enterprise Center this the postseason is just two shot of the team record for road wins in a postseason. They will have a chance at their fifth on May 1 at 9:30 p.m.
