After Zach Werenski took a puck to the face and suffered a broken cheekbone Sunday, his grill looked, well, quite ugly.
On Tuesday, the Blue Jackets defenseman showed his heart is still in perfect condition.

Werenski saw on Twitter that a fan wore a shirt displaying a photo of Werenski’s brutal facial injury to Game 4 of the Blue Jackets-Penguins Stanley Cup playoff series, Werenski rewarded the fan by giving him an autographed jersey, according to Fox Sports Ohio.
The fan was seen with the autographed jersey at the game.

Werenski was injured when a shot by Pittsburgh's Phil Kessel deflected off Werenski's stick and caught him in the face. He returned to the game and played a couple shifts with a full facemask before his right eye swelled shut and forced him out of the game.
