Phil Kessel's nasty wrister strikes again.
Kessel's quick wrist shot broke a scoreless tie with 6:55 left in the third period, and Penguins were able to hold on to defeat the Senators, 1-0, on Monday in Game 2 of the best-of-seven series. The series is now even at one game apiece.
Kessel’s initial shot hit Ottawa’s Jean-Gabriel Pageau, but the puck bounced right back to his stick and he let it fly.
